My name is Victoria and I am what’s called a Somatic Life Coach - I use my knowledge of our central nervous system, neurology, and psychology to get to the root of what is keeping you stuck. In other words, I work with my client’s bodies in order to find relief in their mind. Many of my clients find that this kind of work is what they are missing after trying years of talk therapy or surface-level self-care.
