  • Have a safety plan and local emergency contacts on file

5. Professional Boundaries

  • Social media connections with practitioners are not permitted

  • Contact between sessions is limited to scheduling and emergencies

  • Practitioners cannot provide legal, medical, or financial advice

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their physical and mental health

  • Actively participate in their treatment process

  • Respect the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship

  • Follow safety protocols and recommendations

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Treatment goals have been met

  • Client is not benefiting from services

  • Professional boundaries are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met
