Midlife Queer Support Group

A welcoming space designed for individuals exploring or embracing their LGBTQ+ identity in midlife. This group takes a psychoeducational and coaching approach, providing resources, support, and community for those who are:

  • Open about their sexual orientation

  • Private about their journey

  • Curious about exploring their identity

Please note: This is not a therapy group, but rather a structured educational and coaching space facilitated by a qualified coach.

If the cost of our groups presents a financial barrier, we encourage you to apply for our scholarship program. We believe that mental health support should be accessible to all, regardless of financial circumstances. Visit our Social Justice page to learn more about our scholarship opportunities and submit an application. We review applications monthly and work to accommodate as many participants as possible.
