Let's get your power back

You’ve been spinning your wheels. You’ve been trying to stick to new habits or are very clear that what’s going on right now just isn’t working. I get it. I get the frustration of knowing that something needs to change, but not sure where to even start.

Using my years of training around mindfulness, psychology, yoga, and trauma, I work within evidence-based models to design a personalized plan to get you feeling the way you want to feel. Stop spinning your wheels and ordering new self-help books. Let's work together to create meaningful steps toward a more whole ‘you’.

Our neurology, psychology, and biology are intertwined like the weave of a fabric and cannot be separated. Somatic life coaching takes into account these factors which have shaped you. Some of the areas I specialize in are:

CODEPENDENCY & INTIMACY
Relational trauma requires relational healing. That is why the focus of my work is centered around attachment theory and the effects of the interpersonal.

IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
Who were you before you were told who you should be? Our authentic self gets buried under years of attempts to find safety. Work to shed these layers and rediscover your truest self.

STRESS & ANXIETY
We use the body to find relief in the mind. Through psychoeducation and tools, you'll learn how to manage your anxiety and create more space and comfort around the full range of emotions.

DEFINING PURPOSE
Breakthrough what's holding you back from doing the work you were designed to do.

About Victoria

I am experienced in the act of holding space and providing a somatic approach to healing the nervous system.

I focus on meeting the client where they are at and do not put a label on skill level. Mindfulness is a key part of the practice that I provide. I am goal oriented and focused on getting clients to a place where they have the tools and no longer need me.

My personal practice comes with accepting my own limitations as well as addressing my inherited personal biases. I believe we cannot change what we refuse to see. Because of this, I continue working to learn, unlearn and stay vocal against complacency and social injustice, understanding that the world of wellness is not immune to systemic racism.

How will you start living now that you’ve survived?
